KEPT offers standard shipping starting at $10 within the contiguous US. A rate of $30 applies to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. The majority of our products are shipped via UPS Ground, although a select few ship via USPS. Please note: Express shipping not available to Alaska and Hawaii. Cannot be shipped to U.S. Territories or P.O.Box/APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Online orders are processed within 24-48 hours for all in stock items, and are shipped Monday-Friday. Friday orders will be shipped the following Monday.  A confirmation e-mail with tracking is sent once your package has been shipped.

If you opt out of the signature requirement you assume responsibility for your delivery. If your tracking details show your package as delivered, but you have yet to receive it, you will need to follow up with FedEx directly. Without a signature, we have no way of locating packages that are claimed missing after being marked as delivered. By opting out of the signature requirement you acknowledge that KEPT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
